Nevin Hollett is a veteran real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience and approximately 3,000 completed transactions. He currently serves as the Managing Broker for eXp Realty in Newfoundland & Labrador, where he leads a growing team of nearly 100 agents.
In addition to his brokerage leadership, Nevin is a builder and developer with Gibraltar Fine Homes, actively working on multiple purpose-built rental apartment projects in the St. John’s metro area. He also serves as a Real Estate Coach with Club Wealth, where he mentors and supports coaching clients across North America.
A perennial top producer and the Team Leader of the Hollett Group, Nevin has been recognized on local, regional, national, and international stages for his results and innovation. He graduated from Memorial University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, providing him with the strong analytical and marketing foundation that continues to shape his career.
